Giovana Catherine grew up in Brazil with a deep respect for a well-kept home. When she moved to Massachusetts for a year-long program, she quickly learned that finding reliable, thorough housekeeping was nearly impossible. Services are available in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Availability and geographic coverage may change without prior notice.
All estimates provided are free of charge and non-binding until confirmed in writing. Final pricing is based on the specific scope of work, property size, and condition at the time of service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if conditions differ materially from what was described at the time of the estimate.
We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.
By scheduling a cleaning, you authorize our team to enter your property at the agreed time. You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access, including any necessary keys, codes, or instructions. We are not responsible for any access issues that result in a missed or delayed appointment.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the area(s) of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee is limited to one re-clean per service visit.
The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, conditions beyond the scope of the agreed service, or dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after the service was completed.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, check, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of each service, unless a recurring billing arrangement has been established. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
We carry liability insurance. In the event that our team causes damage to your property, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the cleaning service rendered.
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly secured items, or damage that occurs as a result of following your specific instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if our team encounters unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary conditions that pose a risk to their health or safety. In such cases, no refund or re-service obligation applies.
We are pet-friendly and trained to work around animals. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your pets are secured or supervised in a manner that is safe for both the animal and our team. We are not liable for any pet-related incidents during the service.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our company. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.
